Swing Set Construction

BINDING IN "HALF-CLOTH WITH SIMPLE TIPS

Material: a facsimile of stitching on webbing and two capitals filled with colored wires cut off, two boxes of slightly larger size to 2 mm thick counterguard; spine in a light cardboard with the height of the cartoon and width equal to that of the back, decorated paper, cloth bindings to a height equal to that of the spine and 2cm longer than the width of 8mm spine more than ¼ the width of the cartons.

Procedure:

-lies the canvas for binding to the work surface with paper side up

-pencil marks are identified with the central axis and two references to 1cm away from the short sides, calculating the position of the spine board in evaluating the width with respect to the axis of the canvas

-paste the spine cardboard with glue mixed with 1 cm from the short sides references found on the canvas, you stick with TNT and TNT and left to dry with paper towels underweight

-completely dry, you paste the cartoons on canvas 2 mm (equal to the thickness of cardboard boxes) away from long side of the spine and 1cm from the short sides of the canvas and let it dry underweight

-completely dry, the canvas is folded and glued on the inside of the spine stretched and dials with glue mixture, forming an inner lining, about 8mm and a cap that hides from view the sides of the capital

- calculates the width of the canvas pasted on the faces, which must be about ¼ of the width of each box: the upper-and lower-right quadrant of the front and the upper-and lower-left quadrant of the rear track and the bisector, starting from the origin of this, you put a pencil mark at the distance identified above: this sign is created perpendicular to the bisector that meets short and long sides of the plate forming the space for the corner canvas

- then you create four pieces of fabric for binding with the shape and size spaces identified as a cm for the sides that will meet the short and long sides of the plate

- the pieces of cloth are glued to the dial mixed glue holding the side perpendicular to the bisector flush with the signs identified

- not glued to the canvas is cropped at the toe angle of the plate 3 mm from this and folded on the internal part of the glue joint

- prepare two pieces of decorated paper shaped and large enough to hold the pieces of cloth glued on the faces of 1 - 2 mm and overcome the short sides of the plates of 1cm on each side

- decorative paper is glued in to coat the pieces of cloth pasted on the cartons of 1 - 2 mm mixed with glue

- the paper is folded and glued tensioned the internal part of the glue mixture, forming an inner lining, of about 8mm.

- Completed the blanket, the straps are glued to the internal part of the glue and let dry mixed with TNT, and plastic absorbent paper

- then the counterguard are glued to the plates.

Characteristics of a suitable binding in "Half cloth" bits: the bit should not be too large, this will cause excessive stresses to counterguard, canvas, paper and decorated counterguard on the plates must be taut and not be creases, the decorated paper to overlap the edges of the canvas and not to show the view.
